Handmade Custom Bifold Wallet in Blue and Brown Vegetable Tanned Leathers
Bespoke built and designed slim bifold wallet handcrafted using Italian vegetable tanned leathers in sky blue, biscuit brown, and textured dollaro for the exterior. It was fully handstitched with brown thread for a contrasting appearance against the sky blue leather. The goal of this project was to maintain a sleek appearance from the outside and embrace the fun colors when opened and in use. To finish the wallet, the edges were burnished and then polished with wax.
In order to maintain a slim profile, the hidden pocket typically found behind the card banks were removed and relocated to a section less used: the cash sleeve. Excellent place to have a few coins, key or more cards tucked away. This compact every day carry is a unique piece that was designed just for the client, with no other like it in the market. It because a beautiful end result and this is definitely one of my favorite color combinations.
