How do I take care of my handcrafted leather goods?
Leather is an organic material that will naturally patina with use over time, more so on areas handled frequently like your most used card slot. Unfortunately there is no way to keep your leather good looking as pristine as the day you picked it up, but you can maintain it so it can continue looking great for years to come.
Avoid excess exposure, spills, overstuffing and poor storage. Upkeep is normally not required, but if you need to clean your leather item, please use a horsehair brush. Occasional brushing in small circular motions using a horsehair brush helps remove surface dirt buildup.
Special vegetable tanned pieces like items made from Pueblo or Maya have a lightly buffed surface and will patina the fastest than other leathers. This leather type requires a more consistent regime of brushing to remove dirt and other substances that could infiltrate the leather pores. Any application of cream or care will cause the leather to darken considerably.

What are shipping prices to Spain, within the EU, and internationally?
Products are shipped within 1-2 days for items in the Ready to Ship category and immediately after Made-to-Order items are finished and confirmed with client. All items are shipped with tracking from Madrid via the post office, Correos España. Optional shipping upgrades like UPS are available. Items going across country may encounter custom inspection and could incur shipping delays or unexpected import fees upon arrival. As a result, some items may take longer than expected to arrive. For time-sensitive pieces, UPS upgrade is recommended. Orders are currently not being shipped to Russia.
Approximate shipping time and cost for small items (keychains, wallets, small clutch sizes, etc):
- €5. Peninsula takes 1-5 days to arrive.
- €12. Within the EU is 1-2 weeks to arrive.
- €15-20. Rest of the world including United States is 1.5-3 weeks.
- UPS upgrade shipping is between €20 – €65 and delivers within 5 – 7 business days. Please inquire for an accurate estimate.
Approximate shipping time and cost for larger packages (portfolios, bags, backpacks, etc):
- €25. Peninsula takes 1-5 days to arrive.
- €35. Within the EU is 1-3 weeks to arrive.
- €40-45. Rest of the world including United States is 2-4 weeks.
- UPS upgrade shipping is between €25 – €85 and delivers within 5 – 7 business days. Please inquire for an accurate estimate.

How do I find out the sizing details and dimensions of the listed item?
Each product contains Description and Additional Information tabs. The dimensions and weight of the observed item will be listed in the Additional Details tab. This provided information helps you understand the physical dimensions of the item you will receive. This information does not include size dimensions or weight for the packaging and is for the item only.
Are custom and personalized orders possible?
Yes! I specialize in custom orders to meet your needs with attention to detail. This is one of the biggest benefits of working with a small craftsperson instead of purchasing a mass-produced item that was designed for a generic audience. Personalization such as favorite or preferred colors, monogramming, and optional designs are also available.
Leave a message when you place your order or contact me and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Items from Ready to Ship are highly limited in their ability to be personalized since this is normally done during construction and not on a finished piece.
How do I track my order?
1-2 business days after an order is placed, item will be shipped and a tracking number will be sent to the email provided during checkout. Use the tracking number at https://www.correos.es/es/en/individuals to follow your order. For Made to Order items and bespoke pieces or if you did not receive an email with the tracking number, please contact email@example.com for updates.
What are the accepted payment methods?
Do we offer product warranty and repairs?
All handcrafted leathergoods made by Possala Designs come with a 1 year warranty starting from the date of purchase to cover crafting defects such as a loose thread, failed edge paint, etc and will be repaired at no charge. Buyer is responsible for shipping to and from the workshop.
Items that have been accidentally put through the wash, pens exploding, an over-excited pet scratch or bite, etc are not covered by warranty. Repairs are available at an additional cost.
Can orders be returned?
Purchased items can be returned up to 14 days after arrival and buyer is responsible for return shipping. The returned item must be unused and come in original packaging. Upon inspection to confirm item was at the same state when sent out and unused, refund will be processed.
Due to the nature of custom pieces and pieces on sale, these purchases are final and not eligible for returns. Custom pieces include bespoke built items and personalized items such as monogrammed initials, name, etc. I am a small crafter running a small business and would do what I can so everyone can be happy. Is wholesale available for businesses or creating personalized gifts for companies and other special occasions?
Wholesale items are available at a special price with a minimum order amount. These items can be a special design or an offered design with custom branding and personalization. Items include, but is not limited to, notebook holders, passport wallets, card wallets, pen holders, bags, coasters, keychains, aprons, etc.
Large value gifts are commonly made for special events such as wedding favors, groomsmen gifts, bridal party gifts, company appreciation gifts, thank you gifts, and more. Please contact me for further inquiry or send me an email to email@example.com.
