How Do Custom Commission Requests Work?
The initial process begins with filling out the contact form below with your idea for a bespoke piece. This includes the item you would like made such as a wallet or a bag, the color, your budget, etc. If the item is a bag, additional details such as approximate size and for what occasion would help. If you are unsure of the details, feel free to reach out for guidance. Please use this contact form below or directly contact me through my email (email@example.com) for your commission inquiry. Hello Poss, I love your work and would like to commission you to make my wedding gifts for my bridesmaids. I would love to have 5 clutches made from luxury leather to match my wedding colors. They would need to be monogrammed and I need it by May. Is this possible and how much would it be to ship to the US?
After the initial inquiry has been made, I will respond to your request as soon as possible and we can discuss the commission in more detail. Finalizing specific details may take some time, so patience is really appreciated to get the project right. When the design and material details have been finalized, a price quote will be provided.
The time-frame for a commission could require from 1-3 weeks for material acquisition, 1-3 weeks for crafting and shipping time could take 1.5-3 weeks. The smaller and less complex the item, the less time it would take. Large bag commissions may take up to 8-10 weeks for crafting. Custom colors for exotic material acquisition will require 8 – 12 weeks.
Once details have been confirmed and price quoted, a minimum of 40% deposit is required to place the order. This deposit is non-refundable to cover the cost of consumed materials. No changes to the request are allowed once deposit has been been, as major changes may adjust the quoted price.
Picture updates of significant milestones during the crafting will be provided. When the item has been completed, pictures and a video showing all angles of the item will be sent for confirmation. Full payment must be completed prior to shipping. All commissions are shipped with Correos Certificados tracking, with the possibility of UPS or DHL upgrades.
